Foreclosure Inventory Management Services
Our Foreclosure Division offers access to more than just the typical MLS list of homes. We provide a list of homes that meet the following categories: foreclosure listings, distressed properties, HUD homes and bank-owned homes referred to as real estate owned (REO) properties.
Short Sale
As an alternative to foreclosure, your lender may agree to release their lien on your property for less than what is currently owed on your mortgage. This is considered a Short Sale.
